Back at camp IMC, EP no3 is well under way.
Provisionally titled ‘Complex Minds’ sees IMC create a more mature sounding collection of songs. All the usual IMC musical elements are present but in a way that see the band coming of age.
From the initial demos these tracks are growing into absolute bangers. Massive sounding drums, guitars with attitude and soaring synths a plenty. Just the vocals to record and this latest IMC offering should be mixed, mastered and ready for release late 2020.
With all gigs currently cancelled or rescheduled IMC are thrilled to be offered the opportunity to play live at Jags bar, Portsmouth on Thursday 15th October. This gig is subject to current government guidelines and as a result IMC will perform almost acoustic as a 3 piece. We will strip away all the sonic layers to perform a selection of our back catalogue and maybe a cover! Initially the thought of performing these tracks almost ‘naked’ was daunting but after a recent rehearsal the results were very encouraging. Hopefully we can meet some of you at this gig, exciting times.
